Day 6
Bike Florida will begin in Clearwater on Sunday, March 30th and end in Fanning Springs on Friday, April 4th. The route will travel approximately 250-300 miles through the Gulf Coast of Florida. The tour is leisurely-paced and is designed to be a fun and relaxing vacation for cyclists of all ages and abilities. Cyclists will have the opportunity to visit award-winning Florida state parks, historic sites, and world-famous attractions! You will ride the Gulf coast, and roads lined with beautiful oak trees covered with hanging Spanish moss. You’ll ride through scenic Tarpon springs and discover the wonders of a historic Greek fishing community as well as cycle alongside various rivers that played an integral part in Florida’s natural and industrial development. After the evening meal served on the grounds, entertainment can take the form of wildlife presentations, films, local music groups, or our ever popular Game Night!

Day 1: Sunday, March 30th
Clearwater, Florida (10 - 20 plus miles local)
Park vehicles at Fanning Springs and take busses to ride start in Clearwater. Registration at Ross Norton Recreation and Aquatic Center and Extreme Sports Park in Clearwater from 12:00 PM -6:00 PM. Local trail rides on Pinellas trail.

Day 2: Monday, March 31st
Clearwater Layover Day (35 miles plus options)
Layover day in Clearwater. Local loop rides on Pinellas Trail.
Highlights:
- Greek breakfast
- Historic Tour of Belleview Biltmore Resort and Spa
- Tarpon Springs
- Optional ferry ride to Caladisi Island State Park
- Honeymoon Island State Park
- Greek Dinner
- The Aging Adventurer Cycles England, Ireland and Wales”; guest speaker Emily Kimball

Clearwater to New Port Richey (35 miles plus options)

- Barge Canal Crossing with the Office of Greenways and Trails

- Field trip to Rainbow Springs for last night party with wandering musicians and recreational water activities
- Festival Dinner
- Field trip to historic downtown Dunnellon hosted by the Historic Merchants Association with historic interpreters

Dunnellon to Fanning Springs (56.5 miles)
Highlights:
- Festival Breakfast
- End of ride lunch spring ride
- Frolic in Fanning Springs with recreational water activities
- Last opportunity to pick up great Bike Florida souvenirs and gifts!
