What meals are included with the inclusive meal plan?
For weeklong riders, the meals that are included regardless of which
meal plan you
choose are: 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, and 2 lunches. This is due to the fact that at the
times of these meals, we will be in extremely secluded areas. Keeping this in mind,
riders can choose one of two options: have the rest of their breakfasts and dinners
included, or be responsible for providing all other breakfasts and dinners for
themselves. Lunches remain an opportunity to explore the local communities.
2-Day riders will be traveling through locations where the availability of local food vendors is not a problem and
therefore have two options: have their breakfast and dinners included, or be responsible for providing their own breakfast and
dinners. Lunches remain an opportunity to explore the local communities.
There are vegetarian/vegan options for all participants available upon request. If this interests you, please be sure to choose this
option on the registration form.

What is the situation with bus transportation from Fanning Springs to Clearwater?
There are three different departure times for bus transportation from Fanning Springs to Clearwater: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 2:00 PM. Riders may sign up for any time that they choose (as long as it is not full already) during their on-line registration. Riders must arrive one hour before their departure time to load bikes and baggage. TO AID WITH LOADING AND TIME, PLEASE REMOVE PEDALS AND KEEP THEM WITH YOU.
If you do not wish to ride the bus because you live in Clearwater, are flying in directly, are carpooling or have a personal SAG vehicle, be sure to check the “I will not be riding the bus” option during on-line registration. However, by selecting this option, you acknowledge that no space will be reserved for you, your bike, or your baggage during any departure time and that transportation to the ride start is your sole responsibility. Parking is available in Fanning Springs for ALL Bike Florida participants regardless of whether or not you choose to ride the bus, but there is NO PARKING PROVIDED OR AVAILABLE IN CLEARWATER.
We also recommend that if you are passing through Clearwater on your way to Fanning Springs that you drop off bikes and baggage at the ride start point. There will be a secure area to leave your belongings and this will also free up space on the busses while reducing loading time.
