Peace River Riders Bicycle Club

Peace River Riders Bicycle Club is a collective voice promoting and fostering a safe and active cycling culture in their community. They provide a central hub to unify the many diverse groups, teams, and organizations that are involved in our cycling community. Peace River Riders are working to incorporate essential elements for increased cycling across five categories known as the Five E’s: Engineering, Education, Encouragement, Enforcement, and Evaluation and Planning.

By encouraging a vibrant cycling community, they have the opportunity to build a bicycle infrastructure that will benefit bike tourism and encourage everyday cyclists to ride to work and run errands as an alternative to driving. To this end, they have a grant program that provides seed money for cycling projects in Charlotte County and is open to any organization that meets the club’s goals and ambitions.

North Florida Bicycle Club

Their paid rides raise money to support club activities, including their Charity Ride Team and the Pedaling for Safety campaign. They are incredibly proud of their safety campaign and the recognition they’ve received from the Florida Bicycle Association and Bike Florida for their efforts to make bicycling safer in Florida.
