Gulf County, Florida

Gulf County is a county located in the panhandle of the U.S. state of Florida. As of the 2010 census, the population was 15,863. Its county seat is Port St. Joe. Fun fact: Located in the heart of the Panhandle in Northwest Florida, this county is the only panhandle county that boasts a westward-facing sunset. Wade into wonder: Gulf County has over 244 miles of shoreline. The county is designed by nature; it is about getting outside to play in the waters, shores, and dirt.
