Lake County, Florida

Lake County is a county in the central portion of the U.S. state of Florida. As of the 2010 census, the population was 297,052. Its county seat is Tavares, and its largest city is Clermont. Rolling hills and stunning vistas comprise Lake County’s unique terrain, leading up to the highest point in peninsular Florida, Sugarloaf Mountain.
