Putnam County, Florida

Putnam County is a county located in the northeastern part of the state of Florida. As of the 2010 census, the population was 74,364. Its county seat is Palatka. While visiting, check out the Ravine Gardens – the park was constructed by the Works Progress Administration, with cypress buildings, rock gardens and fieldstone terraces, and St Johns River Center, which provides a good learning experience of nature and history of the St Johns River area.
