Bike around Lake Apopka. Choose from 8, 16, 32, or 40-mile rides
40-mile ride starts in downtown historic Winter Garden. All other distances start at Magnolia Park
Strongly recommend hybrid, mountain, gravel, or wide-tire e-bikes
The FOLA 40 bicycle ride around Lake Apopka was started in 2017 to:
- raise awareness about the lake’s continued restoration
- highlight the trail system around the lake
- emphasize the need to connect the trails into a 42-mile safe cycling loop around Lake Apopka.
